Not a puppy, sorry!
But this gorgeous girl appeared in my life a couple of days ago. She's currently fostered here, but won't be going anywhere, she's fabulous 😍

Currently called Cairo according to her microchip, but clearly nobody has told her! And I really don't think it suits her. To me she feels like a Poppy, but any other suggestions welcome.

Oh she’s gorgeous. Much more trainable than a Lurcher too. What about Tara or something regal. Soraya or Duchess

She’s lovely . Do you know any of her history, she looks as if she might be working line ?
Thank you! Sadly I have no idea...she seems to have been dumped after producing lots of puppies 😔. She does have that look, and she seems to have the brain, but thankfully not the drive!

She's lovely 😍😍 and far better than a puppy!
I think she suits Poppy or Pippa/Pip but either way I hope you have years of fun together x

She looks right at home. What's the story with the funky ear, Unicorn?

Sadly no idea what happened to the ear ..she arrived in the rescue like that, poor girl 😔

It seems to have healed nicely and doesn't seem to bother her, thankfully. Apart from needing extra ear rubs, obviously.

I clocked it, hence my suggestion. I've seen a couple of injuries like that, it can often be caused by either the mother or a litter mate in the whelping box. Almost always another dog.

Beautiful, fortunate dog. Definitely fallen on her paws with you. GSDs are fabulous companions. Still miss mine, even though it's decades since she left, her photo has pride of place in the saloon.
Good luck, both, going forward.
