Any ideas welcome but especially if you can work in alcohol. I like Amarula/Rula but I can't work out how to work it into a name.

Not very good at these, but Amaretto came to mind when you said Amarula. Maybe Amy for short. She's very cute!

what about Martini Bianco (or Bianca, as she's a girl), Marty for short.
