Why doesn't anyone want a narrow cliff Barnsby dressage saddle!! sold the horse 2 years ago and still got the thing. Can't even give it away. Anyone know can ebay do free items?

LOL... I was watching one on ebay last week, I need a 17in narrow, and it went for just over £100.. My saddler told me last week that he couldn't give the second hand CB saddles away!! Out of fashion maybe, he said the fashion was for less deep seats and with square cantle.. Trouble is hubbie doesn't think I need a new saddle..

I agree! I have the most comfortable old style dressage CB, deep seat, really good on a bucking horse, and no-one is interested in it at all.. I have advertised it locally and wonder if i should just store it well until they come into fashion again.. (don't scoff, the white cowboy boots they are selling in the shops were high fashion when I was 17...39 years ago..)

Can I join the club, narrow Coleman Croft - cannot find anyone for it
looks like there are no narrow dressij horses anymore, and I guarantee all our saddles are like armchairs to ride in.

See I love Barnsby Dressage Saddles and am now contemplatinging changin mine for a deeperseat one. Trouble is I need one in medium!

I'd love a deep seated saddle - although sadly narrow wouldn't go anywhere near by lad who is in med/wide or wide

What style is your Coleman Croft? I just purchased a Sovereign from England last summer and love it. I am in the US and had never even heard of the Coleman Croft brand, but love this saddle.
Are they generally a good saddle?? I am used to Stubbens and Kieffers and it seems comparable.
It was in superb condition and a very well made, heavy duty saddle. I use it for foxhunting, but the medium tree is a tad wide for my guy. I am going to try getting it re-flocked if possible.
