I know nothing about Parelli, but Intelligent Horsemanship seems to based on handling, ground work, positive re-enforcement and the influence that good groundwork has on the ridden work. Website is http://www.intelligenthorsemanship.co.uk/

Enlightened Equitation is focussed on groundwork and classical training techniques. I think that they also use clicker training with the ground work and the teaching of lateral work from the ground. Website is http://www.enlightenedequitation.com/
