Back in May, Hayley took Max in a local showjumping clinic
Jumps 1 and 2 were along the fence, and there was a tight turn to fence 3. Hayley was too slow for the turn, so Max said "it's ok kid, i'll take over from here"
Off he went on his own initiative, and took her to jump 7 (i think) over they went, with the instructer frantically shouting directions.
They eventually went round again, in the right order, but by then Kid was in tears, from being publicly humiliated, meanwhile Max had a great big smile on his face!!
To rub more salt in the wounds, when doing the lap of honour, Max decided it would be funny to jump fence 1 for the last time, lol
We found it amusing, but don't know if it was one of those.... you had to be there cases.
