He's 26 only tonight he decided to drop the 20 and pretend to be 6 again!
Don't know what got into him - he's normally such a good boy, but tonight I got stuck halfway across the outdoor school heading for the indoor one, he wouldn't go any further (for no reason that I could tell!) backed up, got in the way of my friend lunging her youngster ............ finally got him in there only to have him spinning around and I couldn't even get on! Humph !
What would you have done next ???
I had to run for assistance !!
I got my friend to lunge him outside for my for a few minutes (I'm cr*p at it I get all in a not!
) then we walked him around large in the indoor then I manged to get on! Only worked him for about 15 minutes then as he was like a coiled spring - but just wanted to have got on so I hadn't given in!!!
He's normally a pretty quiet reliable schoolmaster type chappie - he has got a devil streak I know (like at the weekend when he and his fieldmate lifted the field gate clean off it's hinges to escape and run riot! Naughty horseeees!!) but he kinda took me by surprise tonight!
What would you have done next ???
