We used to call adult dogs pups, if we had bred them and still had their parents but, I must admit, in general it drives me mad. I do think there is a huge difference between what we call them when speaking to them and when writing about them for others. 'Fur babies' makes me want to vomit!

I've just realised how sickening my signature line was (a Roy Rogers' quotation) and especially from someone who doesn't believe there is a heaven for people or dogs.
Rainbow Bridge - if only! No, sadly, I don't believe in that either but it might make others feel better about losing their pet.
I have been guilty of referring to my dogs as the big lad or big girls - hypocrite that I am.
It is the Fur Baby thing that really gets me.

Awwww have a hug - I’m ok, honestly, I’ve even done a happy post in Club House because I’m amazed that I am OK 😄 Dogs are loving me being at home and I am loving being with them I must admit 😊😊
