Hi all. Seen a few threads like this but thought it would be easier to start my own …
Horse this week diagnosed with navicular changes (plus ddft tear, Bone bruise) and is having 6 months off work . We believe he is a good candidate to take barefoot .
I believe he is landing toe first currently and my friend said that this has probably been A catalyst to his injury .
Do I use the same farrier for barefoot transition or go to a barefoot specialist?
the one I’m looking at and in talks with is a trainer/coach as ISNHCP.
