NE Area - Tyne Valley - DIY Livery Costs?

This is not an advert, but I'd be very grateful if anyone could suggest how much you would expect to pay for DIY Livery in the Tyne Valley / Hexham area - on the outskirts of a village within 5 mins of the A69.

The yard is a very nice small private yard with less than 5 horses.

The livery would be to include grazing (paddocks are in good condition and regularly maintained) with good fencing etc, plus use of stabling which is located adjacent to the paddocks.

There is no school but access onto lanes and bridleways for hacking.

Any suggestions on £/week gratefully received! Thanks in advance!

Yard along from ours is £30 pw with arena/xc jumps, no school would expect £20 per week plus hay/shavings etc. Some are £50 pw inc hay and bedding but again have an arena

With no arena max £25 unless you are inlcuding bedding and hay/haylage
