Hi,

Ok, I have just had a hair cut and now find my hairnets are "half full"!!!

ie... there is a dangly bit of hairnet with no hair in it...EKKK!!

I wear a beagler hat and want to look smart and tidy and keep it all "under my hat"!! (my hair is bright red, not that I am ashamed,

but I would rather "let it all hang out" after my test!!!) I do not want to gel it down either.... ideas???? and no I do not want to go bald!

if i wear a hair net i put the hair net on and then with a plaiting band, if theres any 'loose' hairnet, i tie it up. usually looks fine and neat.

I have a "bob" style which is very short at the back but long at the front, just under my chin, hence difficult to plait.

I also cannot find any of those "old fashion" thick hair nets, just the finer ones?

I've got the thick hairnets from Rideaway in the past, my hair's so strong and eager to escape that I need the thickest hairnets I can get.

Never been able to do a bun, bits always stick out all over the place.

I have the same style as you're describing, although not the same colour

, and I firstly tie a knot in the hairnet and make sure that sits on top of your head so it doesn't dig into your head! Then when the hairnets on, I can just about pull the hair into the teeniest ''pony tail'' and secure with a plaiting band.
If I don't do that the two sides separate and look ridiculous!

I dont think anyone has the same colour as mine, not in dressage anyway! LOL!

Thanks for the tip, I shall try that next time, alternatively I will get extensions or a false plait!!
