my friend has a turnout neck cover for her horse. And i want one but the make on the label has worn out and she got the cover from a county show so cant remember the shop.
i will try my best to describe what the neck cover is like. if anyone knows where i can get one from please.
its a waterproof turnout neckcover but it does not attach to the rug but fits the same way as the lycra vests with front and neck buckles and has a belly strap. (not a snuggy hood). its the best thing i have ever seen. my pony has equine metabolic syndrome and over the past few winters has become very fluffy and will need to be clipped and nearly all my rugs for her are standard or high neck. and will save me a lot of money if i can find one of these neck hoods as it will fit under the rugs i already have.
