Where can I buy a cheap neck cover to attach to the D rings of a rug? I just want a waterproof one, not fussed about fill but I'm just after something to keep the mud off his mane.
Had a look on ebay and they're about £30! I could just buy a rug with a neck cover for that amount!
Any ideas?
