just thort id share this with you as it works really well and saves heaps of money. to make a neck rug for in stable or under waterprrof outdoor one, get old fleece jumper , sew up zip and chop off arms and sew up. cut neck part off so wil fit over horses nck, and have elasticated waist part at top of horses neck by head. sew on straps to fasten to rug. if that makes sense!!they are really warm , snuggly and cheap!!!
