neck warmers for horses ??

Has anybody heard of horse neck warmers before?? My heavy weight stable rug has a hood but not quite ready to swap my amigo for his buccas HW yet... am wandering if there is anything that i can use to keep him snug until it gets cooler as is now clipped and does not have a hood on his amigo?? I have been told by a friend you can get a fleecy hood that velcro straps but i cannot seem to find anything online. Any ideas?? x

It is fleece, and fastens with velcro, and isn't expensive.
