Since Ned was getting comfortable with going up the lane, I thought we'd try and push his boundaries a little today
Last time I tried to get the little blighter out, it took me over an hour and a half before I finally gave up and waited for my mum. This time I decided to not go with any tack on (apart from his dually and lunge line, of course!) and see if he associates saddle/bridle with being ridden...he does. He came out with very little persuasion this time and we had a great walk.
Since Mum was running late, we decided to have a play in the school
he's such a funny lad.
Anyway! Mum arrived and we set off, towards the village! He was such a good boy! I thought he might stop, as he has to pass the field which some of his friends are in, but he had a quick look and carried on.
Not at all bothered by the caravans who decided to whoosh past me or the motorbikes or lorries! He only had one big spook and that was at small children who all rushed out to see me, silly mites had no idea how much they terrified him XD

Out on our walk
Heading towards the village (yes, I am allowed on that pavement!)
Outside the shop
Trotting past the pub/bus stop
