Hi there,
I have been browsing Ebay and have found some breeches that seem very reasonably priced with full clarino seat etc.

I just wondered if anyone else had bought a pair of these and what do you think of them. Good quality, average, economy, well made, badly made?

The feedback is good but I just wanted to see if I could find out more. (I have been stung by Ebay items a couple of times, hence my reluctance to just go for it)!!

The only ebay seller I have bought jods from regularly was a lady trading as 'just the jod' I think, haven't bought any in a while, she was very good and worth looking out for, so not all traders are bad

I bought some 2 weeks ago - I need hipster style breeches, as normal ones sit on my rib cage (I most be a weird shape)

They were quickly delivered and fit - although still designed for women with waists, so they are a little baggy on the legs for me. Still not bad and I like the full seat.

Am pretty sure that Spaniel bought some of these years ago and loved them and subsequently a few HHOers bought and loved them - will see if I can find the post (could well have been another make!)

Yep, guilty of shopping!!

For everyday breeches I am really pleased with Neddys.
They are USA made but sold by a lovely lady over here. Huge range, really well made, the full seat ones are really comfy (havent bought the self strapped ones yet). And they go up to fuller figure sizes for those ladies with a bit of cushioning!

Certainly worth trying.

Ah, now I like it when you say a little baggy on the legs as I have,,,,lets say,,,,slightly chunky legs

Ah. Another question for you.

I have only ever owned one pair of full seat breeches. I found them uncomfortable as the seemed to stick to my skin and pull on it when I was riding (Great time to test new Breeches at a Dressage comp. Ouch, ouch, ouch)!
Is this normal?
I notice that most of the Needy's breeches are full seat. I love them thought of them but am so reluctant to buy them for fear of sticking to them!!
Thanks

I know just what you mean about full seats. I had a couple of pairs of leather seat breeches which spent all their time trying to pull my knickers down!

The Neddys ones dont do that, they are very polite!

Sorry, just caught this post - was going to ask the same question! What are they like size wise? I wear a 28" Pikeur - are they similar? Unfortunately my much loved Pikeur Lugana's have died and I can't afford another pair of them
