Need a beach within reach of M25, for March, with parking somewhere for box?

Anyone know of one? Hubby has offered to drive the box to a beach, for me, a friend and our horses, for my b-day. Thing now, is finding a beach that allows horses, has somewhere to park, and is near enough! Help? We're coming from Bucks...
