Need a Little Help

I recently bought a 15year old 15.2hh chestnut mare who is by the stallion It's the Business. I don't know her dam though. I am interested in tracing back in her family to know her exact breeding. How should I go about doing this?

If her dam is not noted on her passport then you can only go back through the sire. You can either use NED, Sporthorse Database or Allbreeds or just google It's The Business.

if the breeder of your horse is registered on the passport you may be able to contact them about the dam?

What's your mares name? Does she have an AES passport? Give me a few more details and I will have a go at finding out her history. Its the Business has been the daddy of lots of little chestnut mares!

Thanks, She is called Business Time (Chanel), I'm just so interested in her history, and yes she does have a passport but it says Dam unknown
