Need a livery yard in Kent please!!

In the spring it is likely that I will be moving to the Walderslade area, approx 10-15 mile radius, as im not sure where i will be working yet!
The livery is for a 16hh TB gelding, must have some winter turnout, and either assisted DIY or part I think, but that will depend on my job.
Parking for 3.5 ton box a bonus.
Any suggestions would be great, were going house hunting at the weekend and id like to maybe view a couple of yards too.

I don't have personal experience of them, but how about Kits Coty or Pollyfields, they are both that sort of way.

They are full livery yards. Street farm in Burham has all year turnout, good hacking and arena.
