I need a new back person to treat my mare - she was treated by James Newton (amazing man) about 6 weeks ago, but I can't get hold of him again and since she needs treating asap have given up leaving messages for him!

So need someone equally good who'll come out to Maidstone, Kent. Any recommendations?

Try Tessa Dorrington - she's a human and equine chiropractor (qualified), based in Bredhurst, Kent and travels all over. I can highly recommend her, have used her for years for myself and all my horses, and she has a genuine, calm influence on them too, as well as sorting lots of problems (although finding 'suspicions' of KS in my mare was the low point after the vet had found nothing, then the x-rays showed she was right...:(:()
She's also IMHO extremely reasonable and won't do anything that isn't necessary, whereas she'll spend ages on something that is. I can PM you her number if you want.

James is wonderful when he's well and I wouldn't want to use anyone else . . . but . . . when James is unwell he is unpredictable, I would go with Ginny Ince . . . she's fab
