need a way of making money over summer hols. ideas really needed!

i work as learning support for college students and they break up in 3 week then it all starts again in september but i need to think of something for money in the holidays. i was meant to be having a horse for schooling for 6 weeks but that isnt happening now so need to think of something. i was thinking of advertising to exercise peoples horses to keep them competition fit perhaps while their on holiday or they just dont have the time. i compete dressage so will only flat work. my friend does looking after horses when people are on holiday so i cant really do that, but was thinking of doing dog walking and looking after small animals when people go on holiday. any ideas really appreciated!!
im not to keen on looking for another job as its only till september and most jobs are only in retail which i am not going back into again.

I would think there would be a definite need for horse/animal/house sitting, and being able to exercise horses is a bonus. Probably best to register with an agency that way you'd have insurance cover/you won't clash with your friend. Also might be a need for looking after hamsters/guniea pigs/mice/rats/gerbils/rabbits too..you could take those home Also try any competition/livery yards/riding schools they're bound to have staff on hols and need cover.
