Need a website explaining bits, please.

Can somone please point me at a website that clearly explains (preferably with pictures) how various bits work? I am trying to explain to someone that a mullen mouthed vulcanite pelham, with reins used only on the lower rings is NOT 'kinder' than a plain loose ring snaffle just because it's made of rubber and not metal! I need something that shows the various pressures on tongue, bars, poll, chin goove etc.

I've googled, but if anyone has any good sites, I'd be grateful.
