need help to identify a lump

Hi can anyone help to identify this lump on my pony its in between her heel bulb it isnt bothering her at all and its not hot or swollen and she isnt lame at all x ive asked afew people on the yard and no one seems to know what it could be I hope someone can help x

Possibly verrucal dermatitis. Like mud fever but more difficult to shift, needs a steroid cream from the vet, probably.
