Need Livery yards in Surrey

I really need help finding nice livery yards in Surrey! I want somewhere at least within 1/2 hour or under 10 miles from Cobham :)

I ideally want one with Part Livery, with big stables and big arenas. But what I am very keen on is show jumping so if anyone knows any livery yards with good show jumping facilities please link me or tell me the details and the name of the yard and I will contact the person.

I really want to start competing properly - BSJA up to 1m20 + and BE at 1m+ so I do want a lovely yard that I will really be able to work my horse to the best of his ability :)
 
There's parwood EC in Normandy Guildford google it and have a look at the website. Don't know if there is any vacancies though x
 
We are in Ranmore (Dorking) so within your wish list distance wise. YO is into her eventing so have a lot of people doing it or starting off youngsters. We also have access to great hacking with big hills which gets everything fit. I don't know if there are vacancies though but there will be a list. The yard is Denbies Livery Yard and I am a livery there.

I can't say that I am in love with any of the yards I've seen in Cobham itself...quite the opposite!
 
Indian farm, effingham. She never advertises so i/'ll dig the number out if you need it.

Nice boxes, beautiful arena, hacking, competion people and laid back hackers so something for everyone.
