Need some advice on an injured horse

Right basic story, I have a 17 year old french tb mare (i know awful combination) she injured her tendon last may and had a good year off to make sure she had a full recovery, unfortunately her injured leg has remained thick, but has returned to work and never been lame or had heat. She is not jumping as don't want her to go lame, especially as i'm trying to sell her as no space. So my question is what do i sell her as. She's too sharp to sell as a hack, but am worried no serious horse people would want a horse thats limited and old but sharp. So i have no idea what to sell her as or even how much. So any help would be so appreciated x

I have a 20 year old TB with both superficial tendons knackered and both severely bowed. They have been like that for 10 years. He has never been lame since I bought him for £300 8 years ago, so it wouldn't actually bother me at all, although I wouldn't pay anything much for one, just in case problems did arise further down the line. What is he like on the flat? If he is ok, why not get him out to a couple of local dressage comps and then sell him as that. Some people won't mind him being sharp on a hack if they are competent. I was going to sell mine when he was 15 as I had done some riding club and dressage on him and at £1500 I had people queuing up to buy him, even with the injuries, so there are plenty of people out there who aren't bothered. Basically the thickening is just scar tissue, so unless they want the horse for showing or eventing, it shouldn't really matter. I ended up keeping mine because I realised that I wouldn't actually find one as good for what I wanted to do!
