Need some help - a how much

was just wondering if you guys may be able to help me out.

I need to price an ID x TB 14 years old but very low mileage, SJ schoolmaster but he is still in BN as has under £100 notional BSJA. I have jumped him up to 1.10m but lack the guts to go any higher. He was placed in his first derby last year and does not have any issues with banks/ditches etc. Good to load/shoe/clip but can be a bit quirky in the stable.
 
i just brough a horse who is quirky and a sport horse 16hh 14 years old . shes worth 7k but got her for 5k as they wanted a good home for her and they cant still use her sometimes. she did a lot of local shows and started to be in the money in competitions again but used to do novice eventing.

i would have said 3k to 5k for yours unless there is past training or more untapped talent not mentioned.
 
1.5K if he hasn't actually competed at anything other than said derby.
3-3.5 otherwise max as market is slow and he is too old

i think if hasnt actually competed completly agree with 1.5k but if people are not in a rush then the horses are still selling for a decent amount. max should be closer to 5.5k and he is not too old. you should try saying that to my 14yrold mare who want calm the **** down and still leaps about like a foal in the field.
