need some help please?

my puppy has been on pedigree chum puppy food but shes been losing more and more weight on it and looks so ribby on it and then refused to eat it altogether so have slowly introduced a different puppy food but now she has diahorea what can i do to help her?? thankyou

Regardless if she has began gaining weight again or not, I would be worried of her getting dehydrated and though that some puppies can go through a ribby stage while growing, I would probably have her checked up by a vet to be on the safe side. But of course, it depends on how ribby she is, how much diarrhoea she has, how her appetite is now (e.g. did it improve with the change of food, is it the same with treats?) and if her general condition has changed.

If it is just the food change that is causing the problems, you can buy e.g. Pro-kolin or Canikur, that can help to stop the diarrhoea, and/or you stop feeding her, for only a few hours or up to 24 hours, then begin with several tiny portions per day.
You can boil rice with a little extra water, sieve away the rice and give her the rice-water (when it is not too hot anymore, of course), save the rice and give it to her later, either as it is, with rice-water, a few pieces of her dog food and/or some chicken.
If you can find it in your stores, give her some filmjölk = a sour milk/fermented milk product English Wikipedia, Filmjölk or natural yoghurt, to help restoring the bacterias that is needed for the intestines to function properly.
