Taz was sedated yesterday morning so that he could get his leg scanned. He then had to have fluid drained out of it and kept in for the day.
As he was coming round from the initial sedation I asked the vet if it was ok to give him some sedalin to keep him calm for the day. He said yes that it would be fine.
However, today he still seems to be partially sedated. He just does not seem his usual self at all and I'm really worried about him. Is it usual for the sedation to last so long?
He did get his annual vaccination yesterday too so could it have something to do with that as he is very sore in his neck today where the vacc was injected?
He just seems to have lost his usual energy as I stood in the field with him for a while and he seemed a bit dreamy. He kept pawing the ground as well. So haven't a scooby. Please help!!
