Try Derby House catalogue or something similar.

I got one a while ago but off ebay. the usual outlets, Derby House, Townfields, TDS etc don't seem to have them. Actually when you get one it rarely matches your bridle colour. They are normally very dark brown & the leather isn't the best. I reckon they are imported.
