Its a belgian passport so im wondering if this could be the problem?! ;)

If you don't know the micro-chip number then your vet can try to scan your horse for a micro-chip or alternatively implant an EEC compatible microchip. Once you have the microchip number ensure that the details are added to your horses record on www.nedonline.co.uk so that in the event of your horse being stolen/straying then they can track you down.

Contact your Vets if they did the microchipping, they will have the microchip number on your records. They will also be able to give you the contact details of the relevant Organisation your horse is registered with.

If you have the registration certificate for the microchip it should have a form with it to change your details and post back to them with a cheque covering admin. Or try logging into their website if you can remember registration details and they may have your horse's details there so you can change your address online. Other than that not sure! x
