I think:
Bit 1 - Citation - very strong - best kept for display only!
2 - D ring with single joint
3 - Cheltenham gag with leather cheeks
4 - Stallion bit (for inhand)

Hope that helps

Cheltenham gag has egbutt sides, the Balding is loose ring and the Salisbury looks like a loose ring but is fixed like the Cheltenham - it's difficult to tell from the picture whether that is a Balding or a Salisbury - but the OP will know :D

For the #1 I found only something similar called a Springsteen spoon bit.... the citations all seemed to have a separate mouth piece as well... really throwing me off... no matter... I'm going to sell it ... to harsh for anything I have now anyway. Thanks for the great info.

1) def not a citation as this bit has 2 mouthpieces and the nose piece forms a y to come up the face.
often used in harness racing as very strong bit

1 is def a springsteen overcheck bit
no way as severe as a citation
used in harness racing
the d ring also looks like a racing d ring.
