Need to replace my Irish PC Pasport - Help!

Hi guys,

I have been advised by my vet that my current passport does not conform!

It doesnt have the section in it that provides medicine details. i.e., for the food chain etc.

It was issued by the Irish PC and I have come to the end of the road trying to seek out who i should contact.

Can anyone help please...

Here's the link to their passport page but it says they no longer issue them but to use HSI instead (link given) I would imagine HSI will update your passport easily. They are very nice and efficient to deal with, they are bound to be able to point you in the right direction.
