Need to sell saddle quickly any ideas??

As above - cant seem to get a local saddler to value it for me. I paid over £900 for it new - its a 17.5inch gp stubben seigfried (but with knee blocks so good for jumping too). I have put it on ebay but cant seem to get any bids. Am I being greedy? The saddlers where I bought it said its worth about £600 but i will take down to about £450 for it. I bought it last october, its in fab condition(was only used for 6 months) so surely its worth half its value?I need to raise some cash quickly.. any help appreciated..

Start it at £400 on ebay - that might shift it, a 3 day sale on ebay finishing on Sunday should do it.

thats what i have just done - no reserve starting at 400, with buy it now at 450 auction starts tomorrow. need to raise the last bit of cash for my horse.

Put it on e-bay, that's how I sold my saddle and I was very pleased with price I got.

Look up ' saddles direct' website. They ll give you a price and buy it directly from you or you can sell it privately on their website for a fee.
