ok. my mare 11hh welsh sec a that we purchased last september looks feels and seems in foal! had blood tests done which came back inconclusive!! now. she looks huge im sure i have seen the foal move but here is my dilemma! do i have her scanned?? she is falling away on her bum but no sign of bagging up. i just want to know when we could be expecting the pitter patter of tiny hoofs. we didnt know she was in foal when we got her so this is bad for me as i like to be prepared and do my research on things like this.. please please help

You probably don't need to get her scanned atthis stage - a vet will be able to tell rectally if there's a foal in there... Blood tests are only reliable during a certain time period so I wouldn't rely on them!
