neglect of horses near me

There's some cob horses right near where I live 2 with a foal at foot and one with a baby on the way, however the one that is pregnant has really overgrown hooves and a big chip on the side the others are overgrown as well. They're field is big but has nothing in it apart from buttercups so there eating the thorns and hedges and has a footpath running in it. I'm worried about the condition of these horses do you think it's bad to call for animal cruelty?

If you are really worried about them, then a call to WHW is worth doing.

Definitely WHW. The only time I called the RSPCA it took them 5 days to turn up.

Yep WHW rather than the RSPCA - I have never yet managed to get the RSPCA to come out.
