are they good at the " non chaffinf" issue?

Rupert has sensitive skin and i really wanta short girth for my dressage and sj saddles, one that wont nip and chaff as regualr girths do, are neoprene the best material to use? i was think of putting sheepskin sleeve on top possibly!

I was generously given a Neoprene Kieffer Dressage Girth by a someone who I class as a great friend!! I LOVE it!! So did my horse! Just coz he is no longer around, doesn't mean I would be without it! It will serve B well when she is ridden! It dries and washes off SO easily. Tops was a very sensitive horse - esp. hated having his girth done up and with this he was angelic!!

I use pro choice girths which are also neoprene, I have never had one chafe yet.

The Wintec type material girths are good, but they do get quite sweaty as they are more plasticy.
