Neprofin - Anyone heard of it or used it?

Neprofin has been recommended to us as an alternative to bute (less damaging to the liver etc) but I can't find any reviews on HHO or anywhere else come to that. It's made by a US company. Anyone either hear of it or used it? Cheers
