Nervous wreck all of a sudden - rider

Does anyone else ever feel like this

i have had my little mare 18months ish
we've had ups and downs for example her popping out a suprise foal which obviously meant i could ride for a while, then other times i could ride her down the m62 on the buckle
having had her back done last week i rode Sat & sunday (30minute walk on the roads) and she was a superstar
now im planning on riding tonight down to a school 10mins away on my own and im a nervous wreck sweaty palms feel sick and im not going until 4.30pm!!
I have no reason to be like this at all
Does anyone else ever get nervous for no reason??

Yes, all the time!
Triple check your tack and safety gear, and if possible lunge your horse before riding. That way you will know that all is set and safe
Also, it may be that you are nervous of entering the riding school environment? Have you had negative experiences there before, or will there be a lot of strangers to meet?

What are you nervous about? The road or the schooling?

I get irrationally worked up over little things sometimes. I was having a real crisis of confidence about hacking my beast on his own, but though he can be sharp, he's been lovely to hack since I started making myself man up

Everyone has confidence issues at some time or another (unless they're borderline psychopathic ) so I wouldn't worry to much about it!

I have no idea what I'm nervous it may be that I'm on my own I think but I'm adamant I'm going to ride u think I'm losing it tbh!
