Neue Schule Demi Anky snaffle - anyone used?

As the title says really! My warmblood is really heavy on the hand and whilst I realise no bit is a substitute for good schooling I don't think she is very comfy with what she has currently which is a waterford baucher. she seems to keep trying to turn away from it so I think maybe it is rubbing or is too big for her mouth? I saw the demi anky was recommended for warmbloods who apparently have big tongues???? anyway - opinions appreciated.

Your best bet is to ring Heather at Neue Schule, she gives excellent advise and will explain the actions of different bits and how they sit in the mouth.

I have recently bought a Full Cheek Demi Anky after reading the write up on the neue schule website and speaking to Heather @ Neue Schule. Only used it for a few days so its still early days but they are designed to help with horses that tend to lean, as my youngster does the same. So far so good with the demi anky, although he's now trying to fall out through the right shoulder... why is it that you think you've solved one problem and then they find another evasion technique??!!!!

But yes I too would speak to Heather, she is really helpful.
