neurological problems?

I know this is a strange one, but has anyone known or owned a horse with neurological problems/disease?

what were the symptoms? a few people including the vets have suggested that my pony might be suffering from one?
is that what it is or is it really just bad behaviour.

any comments appreciated x

My mare had suspected wobblers 2 years ago so I am pretty up on neurological symptoms. Can you explain what the problem is?

its not like wobblers, with him its more a total tempremant and behaviour change. it drastically changes day to day but some days he is dangerous to be around now? x
