You may all remember I lost (pts) my rescue staffie girl in May this year. Well today we stumbled across a little staffie girl who we are adopting on the 27th Dec and I am sooooo excited I have given myself a headache and cant eat hahaha.....so
We need a name, she is black with 2 white toes on one back leg and she is small but perfectly formed as they say. She is about 2 years old......
We want to give her a crhsitmassy name but one that wont be stupid to call out all year through....so far:
Holly / Mistle / Angel / Faith / Ivy....amongst others. If I knew how to do a poll I would. Any advice, and certainly well wishes are gratefully received please as I am a ball of adrenalin (and hoping to get to Olympia tomorro whereby I will be stocking up on "bits" for her having donated all mine to charity in May) and as I had so many health problems with my last staffie......wish me luck (it has taken me this long to co-erce the OH!!)
Ooooh Stocking is a nice name??
Right, Puissance now....

I am so pleased.. and you are adopting a staffie girl! pictures please and where are you getting her from? seeing as you are near me!!

and while you are pushing your OH.. unless she is very single minded, staffies can live together. I have a rescue dog and bitch staffie who I had at different times. I was careful with the introductions and I did get a younger dog who would be subservant to the older bitch (who was there first) but it does work!!

Its not christmas but all I can think of which is appropriate is "Lucky" because so many staffies aren't.

you are all brilliant. a neighbour came up with storm today which i really like but i have to say, OH and i both like brandy and ebony.....so votes on these 3 now please and that will be that, i am going to see the little one tomoro to walk her so would be nice if the kennels could start calling her her new name.....
