Soooo I decided that to channel my creativity, document my life and hopefully generate some interest in harness racing while I'm at it, I would start a blog. My blog will basically follow my spring and summer as a part time groom at a racing yard.

It's the first time I've tried anything like this, so bear with me if you think it sounds a bit naff - I'm still trying to settle into it!

Here's the link: http://www.numberonegroom.blogspot.co.uk/

Thanks in advance, hope you like it!

Very good, takes me back to my days as a groom in a racing yard, I got very attached to the horses and got upset if they were injured or worse!
I ended up buying one of them and had many lovely years with him!

Looks fun so far.

My only criticism, and it's only a minor one and probably just me anyway, is that I found the font not the easiest to read. Made me go a bit cross eyed.. probably just my dodgy eyesight..

I can change the font (I think!), I settled on one that I liked the look of after a very quick scroll through because my iPad was doing my head in and I just wanted to get it posted! I'll have a play about tonight ready for the next instalment at the end of the week :)

Thanks for the feedback, I was actually nervous hitting the 'publish' button. I'm still too scared to post a link on my Facebook in case people I know read it and think 'what a load of old tosh!'
