new bridle

New bridle arrived today - heritage comfort - reckon the noseband is gonna look ginormous on poor Sid's pony head but if it makes him more comfortable who cares - anyway - is there any need to treat a new bridle, should I oil it or anything before I use it or do heritages tend to soften up themselves?

I would always use a wax product on them first hand I am not a fan on oil and it rots the stitching

neatsfoot oil wont rot the stitching

but yes, i deffo would
