new concept in rugs - Passier tetris

Hi All,

Multiple posts at this time of year and how best to manege the dreaded mane rub from necks covers/combos.

So interesting concept in the Passier Tetris system on their rugs that have padded areas on either side of withers to lift of the rug of the actual wither itself - its means to relieve pressure on the withers but wondered if it would also help stop manes rubbing??

This looks similar to the new Weatherbeeta Freestyle rugs that have a pad built in either side of the wither. Have been considering one of these as my horse has very high withers, never had a rub on them but thought this would make him more comfortable. Having looked at one in a shop I'm not sure if it would lift the rug enough to stop mane rubs..
