Finally got our rehome from alaskan malamute rescue. She has settled straight away and is really chilled out. Ash was so pleased to see her last nighz he dragged my OH down the street to meet her, when we got back to the house he wanted to play so really pleased with them. Today they are ok still but i think ash is confused that she is still here and maybe a bit anxious how it all affects him. He is an overly anxious boy bless him. Hopefully over the next few days they will bond a bit more but they are definately settled wuth each other, no issues in doorways, can feed them next to each other etc so all looks good so far.

She is lovely and a very lucky girl. I wouldnt feed 2 dogs close together, they may well be fine but in my opinion you could be asking for trouble. I know I always err on the side of caution but I have quite a few different dogs staying here and they all get along just fine as I try to preempt any potential problems.

Its amazing how quickly she has settled in, shes just really chilled out all the time, great with the cats, gets on fab with ash, put them in the car yesterday and went to a country park for a walk then lunch at the pub and they both just lay under the table while we ate. Am really pleased with her!
