Hi All,

I just want to introduce myself on here seen as I am now a dog owner :)...Me and my other half bought our first home and decided to get a dog :)...he is my first ever dog and I was worried about getting things wrong but hes such a character weve had him from being 5months and he has just turned 1 year old :)

anyways enough waffling here is Ozzie :)....

when we went to pick him up (5 months)

Hunter93 im trying to get him used to coming to the horse with me but he tries to jump up and bite her nose :( luckily I have the best horse in the world and she ignores him... he hasnt got a fantastic re-call so I can only take him off the lead when I know its safe :( he hadnt had any jabs when we bought hin and had never been for a walk!! so everythings so exciting...I try to arrange to go for a walk with friends dogs because he struggles to socialize as its too exciting for him so he barks in other dogs faces and they obviously dont like it :(

Awww bless him! He sounds like a typical nosey dog ;)
Have you joined dog pages? They do group meeting and walks we've taken ours around the lakes before on a group meeting :)
 
no this is first dog forum ive been on ...oh wow really that would be good :)...what area are they in? in in South Yorks

Thanks everyone :) wow Cayla I think u may be right!! he was sold as a long legged JR haha please dont judge but I knew nothing about dogs really I am learning as I go along ...my other half has had them for years ...I just told everyone he was a heins 57 lol. I have since sort advice from very knowledgeable friends on feeding and training :) he can now sit, lay, give paw and wait :) there are still a few things I am struggling with but he has the best temperament ever :) x
