I have just bought a dressage saddle (Secondhand), it is really lovely, however it was advertised as a Jeffries, and it isn't (that doesn't bother me too much!), It is stamped, but I don't recognize the makers mark at all. It's quite rubbed so I can only make out a few words that look like 'Regent Saddlery' and 'The baron', the makers stamp is like a crest (shield shape) with a rearing horse in it and a crown over the top. Does anyone recognize this - it's definately english leather as can make out the 'made in england' bit. Anyone shed any light? Am at a loss with this one?!
