Our new Novice course is being built at the moment (had to walk him past diggers, earth movers, etc.) and some of the fences scare the bejesus out of me...
New events sometimes seem to take a couple of years to pitch the course at the right level. I suppose it is hard to judge if it is too easy / hard until an event has actually been run.
