Ok, so he's just fully qualified last year (much better eye candy..but no comment on that!). Seemed nice, horse was well behaved. He's a fiver more expensive than the other one. Had a nice manner, still trying to convince mum but would be interested to see what people think of the feet? It took him a bit longer I'd say than our other one(not a problem) and he was 10mins late( compared to 2/3hrs..compares well!!)
I'm not sure how to go about unbooking the other one though, he is a nice enough guy and we shop in his brothers saddlery. Would 'going with someone more local' be good or just unbook and never go back?

What about the truth!
Why not politely explain that you're changing farrier because he's not been reliable. At least that might make him think about how he treats his other customers.
