New Forest - Boxing Day (also in Lounge)

I have just moved to near the New Forest and had planned to go and support the New Forest Hunt but then this week someone mentioned the freestyle Point to Point that also goes on in the Forest.

Has anyone been to either of these? Any suggestions / recommendations?
